Job summary

A leading property finance firm is seeking a Customer Success Manager to take ownership of client relationships and drive product adoption. The role requires 5+ years of experience in account management, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach. Located in London, this hybrid position offers a basic salary of up to £45k with an OTE of £65k-£70k.

Are you passionate about building and nurturing relationships with mortgage intermediaries lenders and agents. Do you thrive on providing exceptional service and support to clients including meeting them face-to-face at their offices. Our client is passionate about property finance utilising technology they seamlessly connect finance brokers and borrowers with a vast network of specialist property finance lenders facilitating the sourcing of the best-value development finance bridging loans and commercial mortgages quickly and effortlessly.

Responsibilities
  • Lead new clients through smooth onboarding and long-term success.
  • Drive product adoption and ensure customers see real value.
  • Manage the full account lifecycle renewals upselling and growth.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with brokers lenders and industry partners.
  • Deliver onsite training and represent the client voice internally.
  • Stay ahead of property finance trends and become a trusted expert.
Experience
  • 35 years experience in Customer Success Account Management or similar within property finance.
  • Passionate about technology.
  • Proven success in renewals upsells and relationship building.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive and organised able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings across the UK.

Salary Details :

Up to 45k Basic salary (Dependent on experience)

OTE 65k - 70k
