Key role in connecting customer insights with product, marketing, and operational decisions.
Serve as the operational bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring feedback and issues are captured and actioned.
Handle customer queries across email, live chat, and phone with timely, empathetic support.
Collaborate with founders on high-priority operational tasks, including reporting and data analysis.
Proven experience in customer support, customer experience, or operations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Comfortable working closely with founders in a fast-moving startup environment.
