About The Role

As we continue to grow we are looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our team.

You will be offering a premium experience for our clients by thoroughly understanding their business goals and ensuring that Doctify meets them. This role sits within an exciting and energetic team. You will be learning more about the product (front and back-end) and platforms we use internally e.g. using industry-leading CRM and customer tools such as Salesforce.

You will be provided with training in order to be successful at your job - just arrive with an appetite to learn and a passion for healthcare!

Youll Be Responsible For
  • Building relationships with within our portfolio of healthcare consultants in the UK
  • Conducting client meetings over the phone and virtually
  • Acting as a trusted advisor advocating client needs across our client base and internally
  • Conveying best practice examples that drive engagement and ROI
  • Developing strong relationships with our internal teams to support your accounts
About You
  • You will have a keen interest in the customer success space no professional experience is required for this role
  • You love tackling difficult challenges with a positive attitude and always strive to find the best solution
  • You have a commercial-focused mindset
  • You thrive working in a fast-paced environment and have an open mind when it comes to the changing environment a scale-up can sometimes bring
  • You possess natural communication skills and you are not afraid of phone and virtual engagement
