Our Toxicology Business part of Abbott Rapid Diagnostics is currently recruiting for an OH Customer Services Administrator. The role would be based in our Abingdon (Oxfordshire) office.

We're looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic Occupational Health (OH) team within the Toxicology business unit. Based at our Abingdon office you'll play a key role in supporting the seamless delivery of our Occupational Health services to clients across the UK.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Set up and manage clinic calendars in our Occupational Health Management System to enable smooth appointment scheduling.
  • Maintain clinicians' schedules including managing annual leave and training time.
  • Collaborate with third‑party providers to ensure clinics are fully resourced and run efficiently.
  • Upload reports and certificates from third‑party services ensuring timely delivery to clients in line with KPIs.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks within our Occupational Health Management System to keep everything running like clockwork.
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance to support the wider team and business objectives.
  • Support other duties as needed to help the team succeed.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
  • Education to national standards.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • IT‑literate with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook.
  • Experience of working for a service provider in a related field is preferable.
  • Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
  • Be customer and quality focused.
