What you’ll do
  • Be the primary Amazon customer service lead and trusted operational partner.
  • Run and optimise orderbooks to hit customer requirements and business targets.
  • Lead, coach, and upskill the team — training, tools, performance reviews, KPIs.
  • Spot risks early: analyse orders, fix blockers, prevent delays, keep Amazon + Sales informed.
