JOB TITLE: Customer Service Team Leader - Health and Safety Advice

SALARY: £36,000

Our client is a very well-established nationwide provider of business-critical services to thousands of organisations all over the UK.

The ROLE

The successful Customer Service Team Leader will be required to do the following:

  • To lead a Health and Safety Advisory team of four.
  • The Team advise SME clients on all aspects of health and safety.
  • To drive the performance, development and quality management of the team.
  • Support the Director of Health & Safety to manage team resources through effectively planning and allocating workloads.
  • Provide day to day support for colleagues who are involved in complex or high-profile cases in the areas of health and safety.
  • Provide coaching and where appropriate advice to consultants and advisors on legal, safety and health issues.

  • In return - you will be put through three NVQ courses and you will be personally mentored towards IOSH Chartership at our client’s cost.
CANDIDATE

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Team Leader with the following experience and attributes:

  • You will have at least NEBOSH Diploma, or NVQ Level 5 in Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of policies, procedures, risks, and legal requirements across a range of industry sectors allowing for the creation and drafting of bespoke policies and procedures, consultancy support and guidance relevant to these industries.
  • You will have led a team of some nature, and you will be customer centric. The team can be in any industry including retail or hospitality.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
