Overview

Paddy Power is hiring a Customer Service Team Leader in Harrow, Greater London. This is a permanent, part-time role. Starting salary: £13.90 per hour.

Your Role in the Team

As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will be the welcoming host for customers in our retail shops, ensuring they have an outstanding experience. You will engage warmly with visitors, provide best-in-class service, and promote our online and retail products and services. You will help create a friendly atmosphere and play a key role in delivering outstanding hospitality in the dynamic world of retail betting.

We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual who is passionate about achieving results and meeting shop goals and targets. Full training will be provided, even if you have not previously worked in the betting industry; attitude matters.

How you’ll do it

Exceed customers’ expectations, build effective relationships, and create a warm, positive environment. You will host customers in shop, cross-sell retail and online products, clearly answer customer queries, and inform customers about promotions.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting customers to place bets through various channels, such as betting terminals, telephone services, and in-shop transactions
  • Maintaining excellent shop presentation standards to create an inviting atmosphere
  • Taking responsibility for operations in the absence of the Shop Manager, ensuring smooth shop functioning
  • Adapting to different situations while remaining customer-focused
  • Fulfilling social responsibility duties by adhering to established guidelines and regulations
