We're Hiring: Customer Service Supervisor (Immediate Start)

Location: Warmley, Bristol

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum

Hours: 08:30 - 16:30, Monday to Friday

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

As Customer Service Supervisor, you'll lead a small team and ensure our trade distributor clients receive outstanding service. You'll manage the order process from start to finish, check stock, handle pricing, and oversee accuracy in every transaction.

  • Manage pricing and quotations for customers
  • Check stock availability and coordinate ordersEnsure all orders are processed accurately
  • Build strong relationships with trade distributor clients
About You
  • Previous experience in customer service or order management
