A leading staffing agency is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Catford, London. This two-month temporary role involves supporting the Customer Service Manager and ensuring customer enquiries are handled effectively. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a strong focus on issue resolution. This position offers a salary of £28,000 per annum and requires being on site five days a week.

Two month temporary role

We're looking for several Customer Service temps to support with a project for our client who is one of the leading providers of parking enforcement services. This is a two month Temporary position that could be extended. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join a Customer Service team.

What you'll be doing…

  • Supporting the Customer Service Manager in the processing, maintaining and updating of parking correspondence, calls, permits and notices.
  • Ensuring customer enquiries are handled quickly and efficiently
  • Advising the public on payment/appeal methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle.

What you'll need…

  • Ability to work well in a team and independently when necessary
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Focus on issue resolution and maximising customer satisfaction
  • High level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office, including, word excel and outlook
