A leading pension solutions provider is hiring Customer Service Representatives for remote work. The role involves handling inbound calls from members regarding their pensions and requires proven call centre experience and knowledge of AWS. A strong customer service focus and the ability to build rapport are essential. This full-time position offers a salary of £24,043.50 and comes with generous benefits including holiday allowance and a company-matched pension plan.
Capita Pensions Solutions are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our established team and on a permanent basis.
Our Pensions team deal with incoming calls from a wide range of members and their beneficiaries regarding their pension. You will be part of a specialist and knowledgeable team supporting with various pension enquiries. You will get involved in a wide variety of calls, it’s never a boring day here!
This is a remote role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shift patterns between the core hours of 8.30am to 6pm, there’s no evenings or weekends, for a salary of £24,043.50.
Start date will be 23rd February 2026.
