Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound leads and appointments (phone, internet) and direct to appropriate contact
  • Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
  • Loaner vehicle management
  • Some office/accounting duties
  • Assist with meeting and greeting service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner
  • Engage with customers waiting for their vehicles in the customer lounge
  • Oversee customer contact reports and make calls for follow-up
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company’s vision, mission, and values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • Great attitude with a high-energy personality
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Ability to work well in a process-driven environment
  • Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written forms
  • Valid driver’s license
