The Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • Provide product and service information to customers and prospective clients.
  • Record interactions accurately using CRM and reporting tools.
  • Support sales and marketing teams with customer insights and feedback.
  • Assist in scheduling callbacks, follow-ups, or demo appointments.
  • Uphold brand values and represent clients professionally.
