A leading financial services company is seeking a Customer Service Personal Banker to provide outstanding service and support to customers. The role involves driving a Mobile Bank vehicle and working part-time (23 hours/week) with a competitive salary starting at £26,010. Ideal candidates will be passionate about customer service and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Bringing our services to remote locations, customers will be at the very heart of your role. So you’ll be committed to providing outstanding service in every interaction. You’ll become a trusted figure in your communities, building relationships with customers in a range of locations and helping with everyday banking needs.
You’ll be driving the Mobile Bank vehicle at least once per month, providing cover when the principal driver is out of the business.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:
You’ll need to be over 25 and have held a valid driving licence for two years to drive one of our Mobile Branch vehicles. You’ll ideally already have a category C1 licence, but if you don't, we'll provide comprehensive training and cover the cost. We’ll also support you in achieving your CPC, which is a key requirement of the role.

You’re joining an incredible network of colleagues who are here for our customers whenever and wherever they need us. You’ll work part time for 23 hours per week, you’ll need to be flexible in terms of the hours you work, typically you’ll work during branch opening hours which will be between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday and rotational Saturdays, and will include some bank holidays.
