Lead & Inspire - Motivate and empower a team of Installation Coordinators to deliver a seamless, end-to-end journey for our customers - from their dream kitchen or bedroom installation to any warranty support.
Own the Results - Monitor team performance against key targets including customer satisfaction, speed of resolution, and efficiency - you'll know what good looks like and push for great!
Problem-Solve & Collaborate - Work closely with installers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and get things back on track.
Coach & Develop - Support your team to handle every case with empathy, confidence, and professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities to wow our customers.
Handle Escalations Like a Pro - Take ownership of complex cases, ensuring swift, fair resolutions while upholding our commitment to excellent service.
