Overview

Customer Service & Fulfilment Analyst, Frimley: This opportunity is with a well-established, medium-sized company operating in the FMCG industry. Responsibilities
  • In this role you'll provide support and expertise to the whole Customer Fulfilment Team for the following:
  • Order automation tools, SAP trouble-shooting, SAP training/on-boarding, SOAR compliance, reporting and analytics
  • Drive and support global initiatives
  • Design and build reports, dashboards and analysis in Excel, Power BI and Tableau that lead to actionable insights
  • Establish a reporting synergy between business units
  • Ensure customer orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Deal with all areas of customer service and resolve delivery issues promptly
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to avoid shortages
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on fulfilment performance metrics
  • Support the implementation of new systems or processes to enhance efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

  • Experience in a similar customer service and order processing role within the FMCG industry
