Overview

Become a Customer Service Field Agent for the Office for National Statistics (ONS) and put your people skills to work. You'll be the face of the ONS, traveling to different locations to conduct surveys and encouraging participation from a variety of people.

Role Details

• Location: York
• Pay Rate: £12.55 per hour
• Mileage Allowance: £0.45 per mile
• Meal Allowance: £7.50 for every 5 hours worked, up to £15 for 10 hours
• Duration: Temporary contract until December 17, 2025
• Hours: 22-30 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays)
• Contract: Temporary, with weekly pay through Randstad

Responsibilities

• Travel to different locations to conduct surveys and encourage participation from a variety of people.
• Represent the ONS as the face of field survey activity.

What You'll Need
