We have a new exciting opportunity for a customer service executive to work for our busy and well-established client based in Stanstead Abbotts. The role offers a salary of up to £24,000. This position is a permanent role and the working hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (1 hour lunch break). Benefits include; Holiday entitlement - 24 days per year plus Bank Holidays, Company Pension, Private Health Care, Full Car Membership and benefits. Offering Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) once training has been completed.
Responsibilities
- As a Customer Service Executive, you'll be working in a fast-paced environment taking inbound calls from members of the public and clients about products and services. You'll speak with new or existing customers by phone and email, giving them world-class service.
- Speaking with customers/ clients, offering them support & ensuring they're aware of all the great benefits they have available to them.
- Building sustainable relationships and trust through open and interactive communication.
- Actively trying to retain customers/ clients where necessary
- Website design using WordPress
- Go the extra mile to achieve increased customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Identify Upsell/ Cross Selling opportunities - commission available currently attached to specific products
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Working towards performance & quality KPIs
- Contributing to your team, reporting into your team leader to help achieve the businesses commercial and customer service
- Ad Hoc Tasks
- There may be a requirement to undertake other duties from time to time as reasonably required.
