You'll work alongside talented product designers and marketing professionals, surrounded by beautiful, design‑led products crafted in our studio.

What You'll Do
  • Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, providing efficient and friendly support.
  • Process orders and guide customers through their journey, ensuring they feel valued every step of the way.
  • Troubleshoot issues and manage escalations with confidence, liaising with logistics partners for quick resolutions.
  • Share your knowledge of our brand and products to assist with pre‑sale enquiries and interior advice.
  • Deliver an outstanding after‑care service, including handling returns and keeping customers informed of updates.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth order processing and timely dispatches.
What We're Looking For
  • A confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Proven customer service experience and a genuine "customer‑first" attitude.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
  • Interest in home interiors or fashion‑product knowledge is a bonus!
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable using Apple devices.
