This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a calm, positive approach to customer interactions.

Role Responsibilities
  • Deliver high‑quality customer service via phone, email, and live chat
  • Advise customers on storage solutions for home and business
  • Process telephone orders accurately

  • Manage general administrative tasks
  • Build and maintain strong product knowledge
Working Hours

Two‑week rotating schedule:

  • Monday: 7:30am–5pm or 8am–5:30pm
  • Tuesday–Thursday: 8am–5pm or 8:30am–5:30pm
  • Friday: 8am–4:30pm No weekends
