Job description

We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and customer‑focused Customer Service Executive to join our client's growing team based in Castleford. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support across a range of communication channels. The rate of pay is £25,000 - £26,000 per annum. This is a full‑time role working fixed shifts and the hours of work are 8:30 am to 5 pm.

Your Time at Work
  • Making daily calls in accordance with the call diary to generate repeat orders
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and chats, ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently and empathetically
  • Growing and developing new and lapsed accounts
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems
  • Liaising with internal teams to follow up on customer requests
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and data protection regulations
