We're currently looking for a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will work collaboratively across our Customer Service Team, acting as the primary point of contact for our customers and representing the face of Tarmac. Your role will be varied and impactful, including but not limited to:
The role of Customer Service Coordinator is a Monday - Friday role with a rostered Saturday AM in rotation- after successful training the role is open to an element of rostered hybrid working across the team

The role is based our Snodal loo ffice in Kent and is commutable from Maidstone, Chatham, Rochester, Gillingham, Hempstead, Sevenoaks, Orpington, Swanley, Dartford, Bromley, Tonbridge, Gravesend, Rainham, Swanley, Sittingbourne and the surrounding areas.
