Overview

Absolute Recruitment are looking for a confident and driven individual to join our client's team in Crewe. This role offers excellent progression opportunities, with a clear path into account management.

Location: Crewe

Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:30am-4:30pm, Fri 8:30am-3:30pm (some flexibility can be arranged with shift times)

Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
  • Processing customer orders, quotes, and invoices
  • Using the CRM system to manage accounts and track activity
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls — upselling and building strong relationships
  • Supporting the sales team with admin, reports, and customer updates
  • Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads
