Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage customer service inboxes.
  • Process new orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Upload transport data into the system.
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct checks on orders and transportation details to ensure they are correct.
  • Check deliveries have been made as required and upload Invoices to the relevant platform.
  • Provide reception duties as require i.e. Phone and door
  • Coordinate and liaise internally and externally with Transport & Planning teams.
