Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment? We’re looking for a Customer Services Advisor to be the friendly face and first point of contact for this busy student accommodation in central Manchester.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our accommodation. From answering queries and supporting move‑ins to arranging post, parcels and deliveries.

  • Handling enquiries via phone, email and in person with efficiency and care.
