A global aviation services firm based in Glasgow is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join their team. In this role, you will be the customer-facing ambassador, ensuring excellent pre-flight experiences by checking in passengers and their luggage while maintaining safety and adherence to policies. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, a valid Right To Work, and attention to detail. With a firm commitment to exceptional customer service and high performance standards, as a Customer Service Agent you will be joining our team as a customer‑facing ambassador for our global aviation partners. You will provide an excellent pre‑flight experience, checking in and boarding passengers, processing their luggage and other items for travel.
You have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training and workplace health and safety rules or procedures.
