As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, administration, and general support across various communication channels like inbound and outbound phone calls, live chat, email, and more. Your main duties will include handling customer inquiries, documenting interactions accurately, managing service requests, and acting as a liaison between customers and internal departments.
