What You Will Be Doing As Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Advisor

As a Bilingual Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking B2B clients. Your key duties will include handling inbound queries from existing customers via telephone and email – this opportunity holds high quality standards as you will be working within the financial services sector.

  • Handle customer service queries from Dutch-speaking clients via telephone and email
  • Complaints resolution.
  • Data-Entry – Log and maintain accurate customer records
  • Arrange and process payments for clients
  • Translate documents and correspondence as required
  • Meet productivity targets, supporting the team to achieve business goals
  • Ensure compliance with FCA guidelines and underwriter standards.

Working Hours : 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday

What You Will Bring
  • You will be fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written to a professional standard
  • Strong MS Office experience
  • Experience in delivering customer service or Administration
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Capable of effectively managing Team relationships remotely
  • Hold the right to work in the UK

PLEASE NOTE : The work for home days are set at a maximum of two days per week - This is not a fully remote role, therefore you should be within easy commuting distance of Bristol City to be considered for this position.
