Pertemps are recruiting for multiple, Customer Service Advisors to join a leading Health Services Provider. The successful candidates will be able to deliver a high level of customer care and handle sensitive situations.You must have an empathetic disposition and have a natural enthusiasm for assisting people in complex situations.
This is a fully remote / home-based role; you will start off working via Pertemps and transfer across to our client after an initial temping contract. Although we do require you to have experience in a Customer Care / Advisor position, full and in-depth training will be provided.
