A prominent insurance company in Royal Tunbridge Wells is seeking customer service representatives to assist clients with health claims. Ideal candidates should be great communicators and eager to learn, with a desire to help others. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
With our customers in mind, our phone lines are open 8am-8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am-5pm Saturdays and Bank Holidays. We’ll require you to work 37.5 hours a week on a rota basis and we compensate you for this with a generous shift allowance. We champion wellbeing and a work life balance, you’ll know well in advance the shift patterns you’ll be working each week, so you can plan around your hours.

Providing a Career Development Framework that is reviewed every six months for two years with your manager, giving you clear career progression.
