A leading health service provider in the UK is looking for a Trust Services Partner to deliver on-site support at the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading. The role involves building strong relationships with ward managers and flexible workers, ensuring satisfaction and promoting NHS Professionals. 37.5 Hours per Week / Monday - Friday On-Site (with hybrid working options).
Location: Royal Berkshire Hospital, Reading.

This is a critical role for the local NHS Trust. The Trust Services Partner provides on-site customer support for the Trust ward managers and NHSP bank workers (flexible workers) ensuring all contact with NHSP is quick, simple and helpful. You will be on site providing support to ward manager and workers will deliver expert advice and guidance for prompt query resolution for any enquiry that the NHSP National Service Centre are unable to help with. You will manage client relationships by visiting wards to check in on ward manager and flexible worker satisfaction and promote NHSP to potential new workers during visits.
