  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and suggest improvements.
  • Support the team in achieving departmental targets and goals.
  • Stay updated on company policies, services, and offerings to ensure accurate communication with customers.
  • Make outbound calls to prospect clients

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
