Job summary

A customer service training provider in the UK seeks a Customer Service Advisor to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain effective communication through resolution processes. Candidates will be responsible for managing customer interactions, gathering data, and maintaining schedules to meet targets. The role offers a pay rate of £14.21 per hour, emphasizing proactive customer engagement and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction at each contact.
  • Own a customer/internal contact from receipt through to resolution.
  • Gather customer data to ensure records are complete.
  • Investigate queries to resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Strive for telephone resolution first time.
  • Escalate issues to Team Leaders where necessary.
  • Proactively contact customers based on their interactions.
  • Plan a schedule of works against targets.
  • Monitor schedules and keep customers updated.
  • Build effective working relations with other teams.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects as required.

Customer Service Advisor Role
  • Provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction and service at each customer contact
  • Own a customer / Internal contact from receipt through to resolution, ensuring promised actions are completed and the customer is kept up to date at all times
  • Gather customer data to ensure UU’s records are complete
  • Investigate a Customer / Retailer / Internal query to resolution and to their satisfaction
  • Strive for telephone resolution first time
  • Escalate to Team Leaders where it doesn’t feel it is the right outcome for the customer
  • Proactively contact customers based on their interactions and feedback on UU’s automated systems.
  • Plan a schedule of works against household and non-household targets
  • Monitor schedules throughout the day, keep customers updated and plan any required top up work
  • Build effective working relations with other UU teams as well as the Contract Partner’s field operations
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and activities as required by Metering Delivery

Customer Service Advisor pay :

£14.21 per hour
