A leading property services company is seeking a Product Desk Consultant / Customer Service Advisor in Solihull to deliver exceptional customer service and product support. This hybrid role involves a mix of remote and office work, focusing on assisting brokers and promoting products. We are recruiting for a new colleague to join our Product Desk Team (ask the experts). The team are an integral part of our relationships with our broker partners nationally.
To provide customer service excellence and product support (Mortgage and Protection).
The role is a hybrid role with circa 50 / 50 split of working from home / Solihull office (Birmingham Business Park). Initially the role will be fully office based.
The role is Full Time
Salary is between £24,500 and £28,000 per annum DOE and negotiable
