Customer Service Advisor – Hybrid Working Pattern - Various Roles

At HSS ProService Marketplace, we are growing our team and have vacancies across various teams including Sales, Key Accounts & Credit Control.

The impact you\'ll have

You\'ll be a crucial link between our customers and suppliers, ensuring a seamless service. Your expertise will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and operational success.

A typical day

Sales Roles

  • Respond to all inbound enquiries as quickly as possible to convert into an order, processing and managing from inbound (email/web/chat/phone) contact
  • Raise contracts and administer customer orders with attention to detail to ensure we prevent queries, invoice issues and disputes at the front end of the transaction
  • Work with our operations teams and those of our re-hire partners in a calm and collected way to ensure customers get the equipment they need when they need it

Credit Control - Entry Level

  • Contact customers by telephone, email or letter regarding the collection of debt in accordance with the company policies and procedures
  • Record all action taken on an account utilising the Debt Management system, following up calls and actions as agreed with the customer
  • Work towards targets for cash collection to reduce outstanding debt exposure to the group

Customer Service

  • Handling all customer requests within agreed SLAs and supporting any logistics queries
  • Making recommendations to customers and supporting the ordering process
  • Coordinating third-party carrier movements to ensure timely deliveries
