Responsibilities for the Customer Service Advisor will include:
  1. Deal with all incoming and follow-up contact from customers who have an enquiry or service request.
  2. Promoting a customer-first culture whilst ensuring that service levels and standards are maintained.
  3. Be the first point of contact, liaising with customers via phone, email, Webchat.
  4. Ensure all enquiries are resolved whilst providing exceptional customer service.
  5. Input, collate, and record customer information accurately using a variety of IT systems, ensuring service level targets are actively worked towards and achieved.
What we are looking for in our ideal Customer Service Advisor:

Experience in a customer service environment, experience in operating computerized database systems, strong IT skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office software (specifically Outlook and Word). Call/service centre experience and/or social housing experience would be beneficial.
