Overview

Tennial Personnel are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our client's team based in Ipswich. This role is offered on a temporary-to-permanent basis, following a successful 12-week probation period.

The position is full-time, 37 hours per week across 5 days, with Monday, Friday, and Saturday as essential working days, plus two additional weekdays (chosen from Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) and one weekday off.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients and visitors in person, by phone, and via email.
  • Accurately process and maintain customer records and documentation.
  • Manage and resolve customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Offer clear and accurate information regarding services, policies, and procedures.
  • Support departmental operations, including scheduling, administration, and general office tasks.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve service standards and performance targets.
Skills Required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Calm, professional approach when working under pressure.
  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
