Customer Service Advisor (Insurance)

Location: Hybrid / Ringwood, Hampshire

Hours: 37¼ hours per week Monday – Friday (between 9.00am – 6.00pm)

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum (D.O.E) + Annual Company Bonus

In this role, you will be the voice of the business, delivering professional and empathetic service across multiple platforms, including calls, webchats, and tickets. Your focus will be on building lasting client relationships and providing clarity on complex queries.

  • Multichannel Support – Managing customer queries promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction ratings and meet strict SLAs.
