Overview

Customer Service Advisor
Location: Edinburgh
Contract: Temporary (6-8 weeks)
Hours: 25 hours per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday, between 10am-4pm
Pay: £13 per hour, paid weekly
Start Date: ASAP

Are you friendly, personable and great at building rapport? We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a short-term basis, helping us deliver exceptional service to our customers.

About the Role

You'll be making outbound calls to customers, providing helpful, supportive and consistent service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people and is comfortable working in a structured, repetitive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Making around 50 outbound calls per day
  • Offering warm, friendly and reliable customer support
  • Following clear processes to ensure consistent service
  • Updating internal systems accurately
Qualifications
  • A kind, patient and friendly communicator
  • Someone resilient who can stay positive and focused throughout repetitive tasks
  • A person with great listening skills and the ability to build a quick rapport
