We are looking for a well organised individuals to join the Customer Service Unit to ensure effective customer service is provided to our stakeholders and customers.

Duties for the post include working as part of a multi-functional Customer Service Team providing high quality customer focused service delivery across a wide range of services through a variety of channels including telephone, face to face and electronic methods.

It is essential that you have experience of working in a customer service role dealing with members of the public and carrying out a wide range of support duties, as well as working with a range of software packages including Microsoft Outlook and databases. It is also essential that you have the ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative, work to deadlines and quality standards and have effective organisational, customer care and communication skills groups.

It is desirable you have an SVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent.

An assessment centre will be held for these posts within Renfrewshire House.
