Job description

Our client is currently looking to appoint a Customer Service Administrator to work for a local company based in Corby. Reports to the Administration and Relationship Manager. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm. Main Duties include but not limited to:

  • Assisting customers with orders, general product advise and handling any queries on the phone and via email.
  • Dealing with sales agents' enquiries/queries both on the phone and via email
  • Liaising with export customers for orders and shipping.
  • Inputting sales orders.
  • Answering the telephone and directing calls through to the relevant person within the organisation.
  • Monitoring the trade website enquiries.
  • Assisting with the updating of website content.
  • Assist with the preparation for trade shows and exhibitions when required.
  • General office administration.
  • To help and assist in other areas of the business when required.

Desired skills: SAP Business 1 Experience.

Excellent attention to detail. Proven communication skills and a positive attitude. Must be well organised and have excellent time management skills. Experience of Microsoft Office packages, including PowerPoint, Excel and databases.
