About the Role

As a customer sales consultant, you will be responsible for growing revenue with existing customers. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and objectives, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You will also collaborate with marketing, customer success and product teams to ensure the overall successful of our customers.

  • Execute revenue growth plans that identify customer needs, objectives, and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact for all commercially related matters.
  • Identify competitive displacement opportunities and whitespace across the customer base to drive campaigns and engagement to grow revenue.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including detailed product demonstrations focused on solution alignment with customer's strategic aims and value-add.
  • Conduct outreach campaigns with your customers to identify areas for revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure customer revenue growth and customer lifetime value
  • Attend customer events and trade fairs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • Experience working in sales, account management or related roles in a SaaS business.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, with experience of driving customer revenue growth and customer lifetime value.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and relationship skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and marketing automation systems, with experience using data to inform account planning and decision-making.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and deals simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
