A leading rail service provider in the United Kingdom is seeking dedicated Customer Sales Advisors to deliver exceptional service and sell a range of tickets and services. Candidates will work 25 hours per week, including weekends and holidays, and must have strong customer service skills. Full training will be provided. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Customer Sales Advisors, where you'll confidently and impartially sell a wide range of tickets and services while exceeding customer expectations.
The working schedule consists of 25 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays. Shifts run from Monday to Friday between 06:30 and 13:30, on Saturdays between 06:30 and 15:10, and on Sundays between 09:10 and 17:10. Due to the nature of the shifts work involved in these roles, applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
