  • Respond to phone and email enquiries.
  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to.
  • Help keep the store secure, clean and tidy.
  • Follow company procedures.
Job description
Overview

We require a Customer Sales Advisor for a leading Self-Storage company to support customers with enquiries and generally be the face of the store. You will be based on the reception of your base store and work in a small team to help promote sales of storage space, complete admin and look after the facilities.

Hours
  • Full time, 40 hours a week maximum
  • 5 days a week in store
  • Monday to Sunday availability required (occasional weekend on monthly rota)
  • Usually 8 hour days
  • Earliest start is usually 7.30am, latest finish is 6pm
