A leading home developer is seeking a Customer Relations Manager in Coventry to enhance customer satisfaction during the homebuying journey. The role involves building strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met throughout construction and after move-in. We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Relations Manager to join our Midlands Division on one of our developments in the Coventry area.
You’ll play a key role in developing our already exceptional service and guide our customers through their exciting homebuying journey. To do this, you need to be confident, personable, energetic and self-motivated, as you’ll be the main, face‑to‑face point of contact across a number of our sought‑after developments.
