Customer Quality Engineer

Are you a Customer Quality Engineer? Do you have experience liaising with customers regularly on quality projects/issues? Are you confident with root cause analysis alongside leading quality investigations? If so a global leader in the Aerospace sector is looking to take on board a Customer Quality Engineer to grow their current department.

Permanent Positions

8-4:45 M-T / 8-12:30 F
Derby

Liaising regularly with Aerospace Customers/OEM's and providing updates on quality investigations/processes on site. Ensure product quality compliance with internal specifications, customer requirements, and relevant industry regulations. Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives to address product non-conformances and drive continuous improvement. Develop, implement, and maintain inspection and testing protocols for in-process and final product verification using precision measurement tools and techniques. Collaborate closely with design, production, and regulatory teams to support new product introduction (NPI) and engineering change processes.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Must have experience within a precision/highly regulated manufacturing business (Aerospace advantageous)
  • Proven experience leading root cause investigations for product quality
  • Confident and proven experience dealing with customers from a quality standpoint
