Job description
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for building an accurate topline demand plan for Amazon Western Europe (9 markets) by transforming multiple retail data inputs into robust assumptions.
  • Drive the monthly sales planning cycle for Amazon EU9: assess prior plan and reflect timely changes to assumptions, identify gaps to key performance metrics and drive actions to address these.
  • Secure all relevant stakeholders possess a comprehensive understanding of the latest plan.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure the latest plans incorporate current marketing and retail activities, product launch volumes, and market‑specific insights.
  • Lead the Amazon forecasting workstream to enhance our joint forecasting alignment.
  • Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives related to forecasting tools and processes.
  • Support Key Account Management team with item level forecast on novelties and in season key lines.
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in similar roles within multinational consumer goods companies, such as commercial planning and/or supply chain planning.
  • Strong proficiency in analyzing multiple retail data inputs and converting this into robust assumptions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to create clear and concise material.
  • Passion for digital tools and advanced skills in Excel and Power BI.
  • Ability to navigate and manage stakeholders within a broad organization across Western Europe.
  • Proven ability to deliver high‑quality results under time pressure.
  • Commercially savvy and possessing a continuous improvement mindset, focused on driving progress and efficiency.
  • Proficient in English.
