Responsibilities
- Responsible for building an accurate topline demand plan for Amazon Western Europe (9 markets) by transforming multiple retail data inputs into robust assumptions.
- Drive the monthly sales planning cycle for Amazon EU9: assess prior plan and reflect timely changes to assumptions, identify gaps to key performance metrics and drive actions to address these.
- Secure all relevant stakeholders possess a comprehensive understanding of the latest plan.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure the latest plans incorporate current marketing and retail activities, product launch volumes, and market‑specific insights.
- Lead the Amazon forecasting workstream to enhance our joint forecasting alignment.
- Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives related to forecasting tools and processes.
- Support Key Account Management team with item level forecast on novelties and in season key lines.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in similar roles within multinational consumer goods companies, such as commercial planning and/or supply chain planning.
- Strong proficiency in analyzing multiple retail data inputs and converting this into robust assumptions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create clear and concise material.
- Passion for digital tools and advanced skills in Excel and Power BI.
- Ability to navigate and manage stakeholders within a broad organization across Western Europe.
- Proven ability to deliver high‑quality results under time pressure.
- Commercially savvy and possessing a continuous improvement mindset, focused on driving progress and efficiency.
- Proficient in English.
