An exciting opportunity is available for a Customer Information Officer to join our Executive and Curriculum Administration (ECAS) team. ECAS provides essential administrative support to our curriculum departments while delivering an outstanding front‑of‑house service to staff, students and visitors. We are a committed, supportive team and a central part of the college’s day‑to‑day success.
As a Customer Information Officer you will provide a welcoming and professional front‑of‑house service, acting as the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will be approachable, professional, student‑focused and have a strong commitment to providing a welcoming and supportive front‑of‑house service within an educational environment. You will be confident communicating with students, staff, parents and external visitors, and able to respond calmly and effectively to a wide range of enquiries.
