A leading water utility company in the UK is seeking a Customer Incident Responder Team Manager to lead and motivate a team during operational incidents. This role involves overseeing the delivery of water supplies and ensuring customers receive prompt and compassionate support. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in customer service and team management, with a focus on continuous improvement. Competitive salary from £38,180 to £45,000 plus additional standby payments and generous benefits.
This is a great opportunity to lead a highly visible, customer‑focused team at the heart of incident response. As a Customer Incident Responder Team Manager at Thames Water, you will play a key role in supporting customers during operational incidents, ensuring they receive timely, compassionate and practical support when it matters most.
Base Location: Kemble Court (RG2 6AD) with field work.
Working pattern: Shift based role between 7am and 9pm, including standby rotation (1 in 4 weeks)
Hybrid working: 2–3 days per week in the office or out in the field
