About the role

Pay rate: Starts from £13.35/hour; increases to £14.56 inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We aim to support flexible scheduling, and will notify you of your shifts three weeks in advance.

Customer focus

As the face of Tesco on the road, you will deliver from Lands’ End to John O’Groats, meeting customers in their homes daily. This role involves more than driving; it’s about helping others and delivering excellent service with a smile.

This is a hands-on, physical role with variety. No two shifts are the same. You’ll be delivering to customers independently but supported by managers and colleagues back at base.
