Job post summary

Role: Customer Coordinator. You will join a small friendly office team, managing the diaries of mobile technicians by taking bookings via a live diary system.

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Working days, hours and pay: Monday to Thursday 8:30am–5:30pm; Friday 8:30am–3:00pm

Note: The location of our office is Wick Saint Lawrence and is not well serviced by public transport.

Duties for the Customer Coordinator
  • Answer incoming calls from external parties and respond accordingly
  • Respond to website enquiries via the phone and email
  • Diary management for Technicians
  • Taking card payments
  • Outbound calls to contracts
  • Outbound calls to generate new business
  • Sending appointment reminders and feedback requests
  • Ensuring up to date paperwork is available for Technicians
  • Typing and sending contracts and documents
  • General admin duties
To Be Considered For This Role You Must
  • Have excellent knowledge and skills of computers including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Be able to demonstrate your ability to multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence in dealing with customers in person, on the phones, and in writing
  • Self-motivated and self-sufficient, as we do not believe in micro-management
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Good sense of humour and able to deal with high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Some form of sales experience is preferred but not essential

Our ideal candidate will have experience in appointment booking/diary management. Sales experience and knowledge of the Bristol, Weston, and Gloucestershire areas would be an advantage.
